You might be able to code it into the desktop menu, but I'm not aware of a way. I thought about i once, but never took the time to really research it. Touch command is just as fast.

There is a free addon to Finder called XtraFinder that I use. In its settings "add item to finder menus" there's a new file option. It will add a right click create file in finder.

http://www.trankynam.com/xtrafinder/

If you want a free and more powerful file manager, check out muCommander. There some nice commercial replacements too.

I tried setting up the moonphase script on GeekTool, but it seems to be refusing to display an image. All I've done is copy the python /path/to/your/weather.py to a shell script and changed the path to my moonphase.py. Do I need to add an image glet and format that, too? And if so, how? The error I'm getting is that it displays the file title (textual moon phase), but there is no image displayed at all.

I did the MyPaint app without problems. I've also gotten 3DOPlay to work under wineskin, but when I am in the install portion of Road Rash, is tells me I need to be running windows 95, and I'll need DirectX. I just continue and all that installs is an uninstall path.

I can get to the games install screen with the autorun.exe file but it tells me I need the CD to continue when I click install. Am i doing this wrong?

I run OSX 10.6.8 and I'm trying to accomplish this. I have downloaded Wineskin, 3DOPlay and an ISO version of the game but I have no idea how to pair them all up to get the game to run. Is there a write-up anywhere?
