Building a MythTV Linux Media PC. I looked at Knoppmyth and Mythdora , but I really liked Mythbuntu the best. So I am going to build a Home Media/Theater Computer! Here is what I plan to use as hardware... Other Open Source Media Center software... Windows - MediaPortal Windows - SesamTV Mac OS X - CenterStage Linux - LinuxMCE (this manages everything in your home from heating and cooling, to watering the yard, to watching movies! I also considered a Mac Mini. CenterStage looks really kick ass and I liked EyeTV 3/EyeTV 250 also. If you go with a Mac Mini these may come in handy also. For the Windows fans MediaPortal is an Open source alternative for Windows MCE Media Center... and finally, if you're lazy, too busy, or don't care to setup a media computer try one of these... AppleTV Vudu
