If you're looking for a easy way to stream and share video, audio, and other content with family and friends or just want the ability to watch a TV show from your home media center PC on your mobile device, like a iPhone, Orb is for you.

I am very impressed with this software. I am running Vista MCE with a HDHomeRun tuner and stream to my iPhone, but can stream to any device I wish. One really nice feature is that I can send an email to friends and family to share content, like photos or video contained on my system – bye Flickr and YouTube! The best part about this is the software and service is free.

Orb client on the iPhone requires your iPhone be jailbroken. Orb can be installed via the installer app. 

For the HDHomeRun I split out my cable providers antenna, which will not work with Orb, even though this works with Eye TV3 and Vista MCE. I tried to no avail, but once I connected my Terk indoor amplified HD antenna to the HDHomeRun second tuner input the TV came in perfect. I even recorded a show over the net to make sure everything worked. Over WiFi the video from TV and content stored on my hard drive plays back flawlessly. Over Edge the video constantly stops and streams, but music plays back perfectly.
