Do you create the art in the galleries and is it copyrighted material?

All the art on this site was created by me unless otherwise noted. I do use free stock photography for some pieces as well as my own photography. My art is copyrighted, but I am not a big fan of the harshness born from copyright so if there is something you would like to use in a project just ask. Please do not reproduce my art for sale, link directly to my art, or display my art without permission. 

Any wallpaper I create can be placed on wallpaper and theme sites, but all copyright notices and my name must remain intact on the image as well as a link back to Dark Artistry or DigitalDarknet.net. You will not charge any fee for users to download or view my wallpaper art.

Do you sell prints of your work?

Yes and at very reasonable prices. Some art I do not sell due to my use of some free stock photography. I might be able to do so, but I chose not to out of respect for the original photographer or because their license of usage wasn't clear.

Do you do commissions and how much do you charge?

Depends on the project and how much time I have. For Small projects and for GPL projects I typically will not charge.
