BlogPress and joomla 1.0.15 |

I purchased BlogPress, which is an iPhone blog tool that works with Joomla using the meta weblog plugin, as well as other common APIs, but I am not a fan of Joomla 1.5 so I got a copy of Movabletype 2.2.1 mambot for Joomla 1.0.13+, the authors site is unaccessable, but he responded to an e-mail and sent me a copy of the extension. I set Joomla up in BlogPress as movabletype and it works perfectly. I'm using mamblog component as my blog and it posts there just fine also. I set my default category in the movabletype mambot settings, but you are not able to select other categories in the BlogPress app. That sucks, but I found away around that limitation by chaging the category in the movabletype mambot on Joomla and making a new connection in BlogPress! I did this for all the categories I want to blog to. I simply select the connection to the category I wish to blog to.
So now the bugs, newlines not showing up, this post consists of four paragraphs, but as you can see they are all slammed together. The second issue is posting to the front page, I set mamblog to show posts on the front page by default as this component has a setting for that, but it doesn't work. - Mohawke
