If you are new to PHP and web development and want a simple frame to get started this is it. This is the very basic frame of a PHP site.

PHP menu, admin page, and basic CSS design ready to be made into a full site. Unzip to a web server and get started by pointing to index.php

ArtPal - Simple Paypal Store  

A very simple Paypal store I build for my wife. A working demo can be found here

Requires SQL data base, web host with PHP, and a free Paypal business account

Features: 

Show Ebay listings, auto categories, image resizing. Design is simplified and based on very basic HTML and CSS rather than complicated templates. The store is built on top of the above Simple PHP Starter Framework.

This is an older project released under GPL and utilizes code from other open projects. Be aware that I can not support this code so a little PHP and web skill might be helpful to you. Since this store basically uses Paypal backend and only displays Ebay listings security should not be an issue, but a log on is required to allow image and data entries to the store.  

I built this store because Zen Cart, OS Commerce, and the likes were very feature rich for a simple Paypal store and theming can be a little more difficult for my wife on these bigger store fronts so a simple shop was born with just the bare minimums.
