Q. Can I contact you for further help? Q. You broke my system will you fix it? Q. I have a better solution to one of your posts? Q. Why do you not allow comments? Q. Are you on Deviant Art, Flickr, or other social sites?
A. Everything I post here is from my own experiences and research. If you need further help by all means contact me via the contact form. It goes straight to my mailbox. I will help as much as I possibly can. There are so many forums these days that most things can be found fairly easily by doing Google searches, but I will always help a fellow Linux user. A. As far as breaking your machine, if you are not secure in doing technical things on Linux you should research more before jumping in; although, the best way to learn is to break things and fix them as well as to read as much as possible on the subject before messing with your machine. Most things I post will be pretty safe for new users and this is who I target most. I make no guarantees that everything that works on my hardware will work on yours. I try to stay within limits, meaning doing things the approved way, like for instance, the way Kubuntu would suggest doing it so that future upgrades are not at risk due to major system tweaking. If you really need help you can contact me and I will help if possible. A. If you feel that you have a better solution to one of my post by all means tell me. I will review my post and take suggestions into account. A. Comments are a pain in the ass. I don't care to deal with rudeness, spam, or managing that in my database. I may consider a forum, but answers get lost in forums, people get grumpy, and I am not sure I really want to even manage that or have others manage it. There are so many Linux Wikis, Blogs, and Forums I just don't see the point to creating yet another one.
A. Yes I am on all the major social sites. My art is likely to be found here, but with little work I can be found everywhere...
